A few weeks back I spent the day hanging out at Musicol, the oldest recording studio in Columbus and one of the last vinyl pressing factories in the US. Calling it a vinyl pressing factory may be a bit of an overstatement since its just a couple of guys in the basement of a 1950's model home but don't let its size or humble looks fool you - this place is legendary among musicians and audiophiles.
